Bluebox Logistics provides dispatch service to Carriers, Drivers (as applicable, “you” or “your”) through an online and mobile platform (the "Service" ). To provide Service, Bluebox Logistics collects and processes various categories of data. This policy describes how Bluebox Logistics (as applicable, “we” or “us” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our Service or when you interact with us otherwise.

Out Privacy Policy may change from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the Effective Date at the bottom. We may also intimate you using other methods consented by you. We encourage you to stay updated about our information practices whenever you interact with us.

When you create your account with us, depending on the account type you choose, we ask for information for your business or operations. This is the information that you provide while filling out forms or on request and includes various types of personal and business related information. This data is used to register you on our platform and can shared with freight brokers for setup purpose as per the freight and logistics industry standard. We ensure that the your data is only used for the loads booked for users linked to your account.

In addition to the information you directly provide to us, we may collect information related to your requests like time and data of account creation, load request etc.

We collect location data to track freight and update brokers from time to time. When you create your account we will ask you for permission to access location data.

During use, you may upload images on our app from time to time. These include business documents like insurance, MC authority letter etc. and also include freight documents like bill of lading, proof of delivery, lumper receipts etc. All this is done as per industry standard and the app will request access when you try to upload a photo for the first time.

At any point at your wish, you can request to get your account and your data deleted. We take strong measures to make sure the safety of your data and privacy.
